Obligation to federate

The organization may federate with any organization in India or abroad duly recognized by the Government having kindred aims objectives subject to the condition that this organization May be its own rules in regard to activities of its member and control of its funds.

Office Bearer

The following shall be the office bearer of the organization:-

  • President (patron-in-chief for lifetime)
  • Sr. Vice President
  • Vice President
  • General Secretary
  • Joint Secretary
  • Organizing Secretary
  • Treasurer –cum-cashier
Functions and Power of the Office Bearers

The President shall

  1. Be the constitutional head of the organization.

  2. Preside over the meeting of the General body and other functions of the organization.

  3. Supervise the work of the executive

  4. Address press conferences

  5. Have a casting vote in the case4 of equality

  6. Decide all controversial points of order and his decision in such matters shall be final and binding.

  7. Censure any member of any breach of privilege while attending meeting of the general body.

  8. Exercise general control on the activities of the society.

  9. Nominate any senior apex body member temporarily to look after the routine work ofthe organization in his absence, if required.

The Sr. Vice President shall
  1. Represent President, and

  2. b) Have same powers as that of President in his absence except functions e.g. 1 of Section 17

The Vice President shall
  1. Functions as Sr. Vice President in his/her absence, as the case may be

The General Secretary shall
  1. Be the chief executive of the organization

  2. Carry on all the work of the organization and convene meetings of the general body and Executive under the direction of the President.

  3. Keep minutes of the meeting, maintain records and conduct everyday correspondence pertaining to the work of organization at his own initiative or at the instance of the President of the organization and take action in accordance with the rules and regulations of the organization.

  4. Arrange press conference, if and when need arises.

  5. Maintain a register of the members along with their official and permanent address

  6. Draft the periodical report and place it before the organization members

  7. Be the responsible for implementing the decision of the committee and general body of the organization.

The Organizing Secretary shall
  1. Can carry all the work of the organization and convene meetings of the general body and executive under the directions of the President.

  2. Keep minutes of the meeting, maintain records and conduct every correspondence pertaining to the work of organization at his own initiative or at the instance of the President of the Organization and take action in accordance with the rules and regulations of the organization.

  3. Arrange press conference, if and when need arises.

  4. Maintain a register of the members along with their official and permanent address

  5. Draft the periodical report and place it before the organization members

  6. To be custodian of the properties of the organization

  7. Be the responsible for implementing the decision of the committee and general body of the organization

The Joint Secretary shall
  1. Be responsible for inspection in all the states and union territories of the union of India And to collect the report as per the direction of the President.

  2. Assist the President in day today work.

  3. Be over all in charge of the publication in respect of the posters, leaflets, magazine, newspaper and cheapest literature etc, issued by the organization from time to time subject to the approval of the committee.

  4. Be responsible for the uniform distribution of the publicity material and its maintenance of accounts.

The Treasurer shall
  1. Be responsible for the maintenance of proper accounts of the organization’s funds.

  2. Issue official receipts for all the amount / cash received and obtain vouchers for all the expenditures.

  3. Prepare account statements for presentation to the general body of the organization.

  4. The periodical accounts statement showing income and expenditure of the organization will be made available by the banks at NCR for presentation to the members o the General Body meeting of the organization in consolidated form.
